CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

We accept the return of items purchased in our online shop for a refund up to 15 working days after purchase, except for personalised products.

The items must be intact and without any usage marks. We also accept returns of items with manufacturing defects, which will be subsequently checked by our team.

The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and should be made to our address. The product should be sent in its original box, otherwise it may not be accepted. As soon as we receive the returned product, we will send you an e-mail and we will refund the amount.
HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used to place the order. After we receive and check the returned product, the deadline for reimbursement is 15 working days.
CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

You can exchange a product by sending us an e-mail requesting the exchange and stating the product for which you wish to exchange. The exchange can be made in person at our facilities with date and time to be arranged, or you can send us by mail, ensuring the sending of the product in its original box. The shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

SATURN HORIZON Lda reserves the right to reject returns beyond the stipulated period, or articles that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

Cancellation of Purchase

You may cancel your purchase whilst it is still being processed. You must inform SATURN HORIZON Lda through the following e-mail contact: info@vision-secur.com

If the cancellation request is made after the order has been dispatched, it will be forwarded for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse to accept it. SATURN HORIZON Lda is not responsible for possible delays in the processing of order cancellations.

SATURN HORIZON Lda reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues unrelated to SATURN HORIZON Lda.
